How it works

Three rules, and it works.

One single goal. Set during a scoping call the week before: a page, a feature, an automation, a brand identity. Not two.

A decision-maker in the room. You, or someone who can say yes. Each question is settled in a minute instead of a week of e-mails.

Live before we leave. The deliverable is put online, tested and handed over with its access details before 5 pm. Anything not included will be covered by another day or a quote, never by a “we’ll see”.

How the day goes

Scope, then build

Half an hour to settle the last decisions, then we build: code, copy and visuals progress in parallel, approved as we go.

Lunch break, included

We have lunch together, in Montreux or each at home over video call. We take stock and adjust the afternoon.

Assemble, publish, hand over

Everything comes together and is tested. Go-live, final checks, handover of access and source files.

13 h – 17 h

Before

A thirty-minute scoping call the week before: the goal, what to prepare (texts, access, photos), and what is realistic in one day.

During

On site at Grand Rue or at your premises in French-speaking Switzerland, or by video call. A shared screen, immediate decisions.

After

One month of support for small fixes, the source files, and a written action plan for what comes next if you want to go further.

Only one day per month, so we can prepare it and deliver it. The next date is booked via the form.

Questions

I’m not technical, is that a problem?

No: you bring the knowledge of your business and you decide; the technical side is ours. You will see the result take shape on screen.

Can two of us come?

Yes, as long as one person can make the final call. Beyond two, decisions slow down and the day suffers.

What if my idea is too big for one day?

That's what the scoping call is for: we keep the part with the most value, and the rest becomes a second day or a standard quote.

Is it really live by the evening?

Yes, on your domain or a temporary address, with access handed over in writing. That is rule number three.

Can I book two days back to back?

Yes, the second is 790.–, and they can be scheduled a few weeks apart to build in the first feedback.
