The WordPress package covers a standard installation: up to 20 pages and 25 plugins, with a backup or hosting access available. Beyond that, or for an online shop or custom site, the diagnosis sets the price before any work begins.

Questions
How long does the site stay offline?

A standard WordPress site is cleaned and back online within 24 h; an online shop or a custom site can take up to 72 h. We can display a clean holding page during the intervention.

Does the site need rebuilding?

Rarely. If the site is too old to be secured, we say so after the diagnosis and deduct the audit from the redesign.

What if the hack comes back?

For 30 days, we come back at no charge. After that, ongoing protection monitors and steps in for you.

Customer data may have leaked, what should I do?

The Swiss data protection act (nFADP) may require you to report the breach to the Federal Commissioner and to the people affected. We document what was affected and help you write the notification.

Do you take over a site built by someone else?
