What we collect

Contact form: name, e-mail, phone, company and the message you write. Technical logs: IP address, browser and pages visited, kept by the hosting provider for site security. Audience measurement: anonymous statistics (page views, source, device), without cookies and without personal identifiers.

Why

To answer your enquiry and draw up a quote; to keep the site secure and running properly; to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We send no advertising and sell no data.

How long

Contact requests are kept for twenty-four months after the last exchange, then deleted. Technical logs are erased after twelve months. Anonymous statistics cannot identify you and are kept indefinitely.

Who has access

Qwik, and the strictly necessary providers: the site’s hosting provider (data in Switzerland) and the transactional e-mail service. If you tick “IT / support” in the form, your request is passed on to Eramis, our IT brand in the same office in Montreux, so that it can reply to you. No other sharing.

Cookies and third-party content

The site works without tracking cookies. Only embedded third-party content (videos, maps) may set them, and only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the badge at the bottom left of every page. So-called necessary cookies (remembering your choices, protecting the form) do not require consent.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, via the contact form. We reply within thirty days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Transfers outside Switzerland

Our own processing stays in Switzerland. Third-party content you accept (for example a YouTube video) is provided by companies that may process your data abroad, under their own rules.
